My name is Stephanie and I founded The Human Essence, the entrepreneurial energy entity that allows me to contribute to the world I dream of: where authenticity is recognized as the most just and fluid way to live one’s life in a fulfilling way and where each person (even though I work more with women) feels in alignment with the different parts of their humanity.
Being yourself is ecstasy! This is my credo.
I accompany women on this path, in person and online, through the knowledge, acceptance and reconciliation of all their parts. My main tools, diversified, playful and embodied, are image consulting, human design, yoga (hatha and yin) and Reiki.
