What if the fatigue you’ve been carrying around for months wasn’t something you simply have to put up with, but a sign? A sign that it’s time to slow down, to understand what has led you to this point, and to find a way of working that no longer leaves you exhausted.
My name is Sophie Wahis, and I am a certified career coach. I support people who are going through burnout, those that must returning to work after a long absence, and those that are questioning the meaning of their working lives and are trying to get a clearer picture.
My career spanning more than 20 years in human resources, my time living abroad, and my training in stress and burnout management and disability management have profoundly changed the way I view work and turned my convictions into a profession: every transition, however difficult it may be, can become a real turning point.
I offer a holistic approach that takes into account the mind, emotions and body.
I work in one-to-one coaching, in training and practical sessions, for the both private individuals and businesses — whether it’s to support someone as they return to work after a period of absence, to equip a team to cope with stress, or to help someone regain clarity and motivation in their career.
My role: to help you regain clarity, energy and confidence needed to build — or rebuild — a career that truly suits you.
