With over 10 years' experience in career coaching, I specialise in supporting professionals after prolonged absence due to illness. As founder of the ASBL Rebond Travail & SantéI develop projects that encourage a calm and structured return to work, combining well-being and performance.

The ASBL targets both individuals and businesses, with a twofold objective:

• Supporting employees in their professional reintegration process, thanks to individualised coaching and tailored workshops.
• Raising awareness among companies to the challenges of well-being in the workplace, by proposing concrete actions and tailor-made programmes to manage returns to work ethically and effectively.

I also head up Open Yourselfwhich continues to exist thanks to rewarding collaborations, offering coaching courses and workshops focusing on personal and professional development.
