In her support, Isabelle Tourment – founder of L & EL Coaching – brings all her areas of expertise and passions to it.
Namely: coaching, NLP and the enneagram – three areas for which she is certified -; pedagogy and andragogy – expertise she draws from her first profession -; a little touch of neuroscience, personal awakening, inspiring readings and awakening senses – areas that carry her and fascinate her.
The proposed approach is rich, varied and holistic.
The tempo and intensity are variable. We go through the head, the heart, the body and the spirit. Just like the process of transforming the caterpillar into a butterfly, the accompaniments of L & EL are intended to be transformative!
